The principal bedroom has a king-size double bed, an en-suite shower room and a walk-in style wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have double beds and share a family bathroom.
Downstairs is partially open-plan with a good-sized, fully-equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a well-proportioned lounge leading to a sunny terrace and landscaped gardens at the rear. Indoors there is a downstairs toilet and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble-drier.
The lounge and dining room are separated by a central, stone chimney breast with an open fire serving both rooms; throughout there is an abundance of original rustic beams and exposed stonework. All in all 'Les Lauriers' offers generous and comfortable accommodation for six adults (+2 if required) with an excellent, private outdoor aspect. Please note that the property does not have access to the 'Villa des Rosiers' swimming pool unless booked in combination with the Villa.
'Les Lauriers' and 'Villa des Rosiers' are available either separately, in which case the villa has exclusive access to the pool and its gardens, or the properties can be let in combination, accommodating up to 12 people (possibly 16 max). When booked together there is access to the swimming pool for both houses.
